What customers said about electrical
Daryl Was my primary interface. He was very engaging to keep me apprised of the stages of the repairs. He was very professional and precise in all the information we discussed almost daily. The whole operation there was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.
From the time you walk in- Marissa & Chelsea are at the front desk ready to serve your needs!! They are so compassionate and attentive to your questions. Marlena!! My service advisor!! Knows her stuff! I never met any of the mechanics but I could tell she works closely with the team as they do repairs! I was always…
I love Caliber Collision because of their good customer service and excellent work.
This place has great customer service and the staff was very kind. I will 100% recommend my family to come here from now on!
Six weeks for repairs, poor communication at start over repairs, took over a week to tow, no one discussed the repairs and pick up,
Caliber kept me informed of where my car was at in the repair process the entire time and it was even ready a day earlier than estimated. Not only was it good as new, but it was actually cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would definitely recommend them.
