Took my car to Axselle to have a power steering line replaced, they did a good job on my car, Dave is a great person along with everyone else. Me and my fiance both had our cars worked on in the past and never had a problem, I am happy to say that I will be using them again when the time comes. They are honest people. Thank you
Great customer service & communication! Kai was wonderful to work with and he kept us updated throughout the entire process. Having our vehicle repaired by Caliber Collision was a stress free experience & our car looks and drives as good as new.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Kaitlyn. She was always quick to answer my questions, kept me in the loop throughout the repair process, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail turned an otherwise frustrating situation into a smooth and…
Didn't do a good job with my insurance repair work. My car is not aligned and vibrates heavily. The missed putting one thing in the repair list and now my insurance will not cover it. It's their miss... Also they left the cover of my battery in the back seat. Car was definitely not cleaned or buttoned up correctly. Disappointing
Johnny was an incredible project manager from start to finish, even testing my car on the road with me to ensure my satisfaction. Responsive, skilled and invested in my satisfaction. Keep your good employees! You made a difficult situation EASIER. The shop repaired my car in a shorter timeframe than expected, and…
