What customers said about transmission
Always a great experience with this dealer and their service. Sometimes it is hard to get in touch with the phone system, but other than that it is a great experience.
DO NOT GO HERE.If I could give 0 stars, I would they charge me OVER a $1000 for a solenoid replacement, and all they did was change my transmission fluid. Didnt tell me thats all they were doing but told me that my car was good to go. And then on the paper they gave me their next solution was a new transmission,…
Jason and his crew were phenomenal; honest, fair and trustworthy. Highly recommend for any automatic transmission service, repair or replacement.
This is the second time Ive used Alchemy and I’ve been very happy with the service both times. First and foremost these are some of nicest guys I’ve ever encountered in a mechanic shop. Just very polite and willing to answer questions and do a great job communicating. Prices are also very fair. I’ll be back.
Great prices and very knowledgeable have had no problems and have had many cars fixed and even the blue and red ones rebuilt that were not previously running. Me and my family have been using him since this place was opened. I'm not someone that wants to rig stuff like some folks hoping for a miracle or out here…
Took my car in for some transmission work a few weeks ago. Staff is friendly however, I was working on something else on the car today and noticed they stripped out my axle nut on the driver side….
