Love going to Platinum Auto.... Kendrick is very easy to work with. He can usually get my car repaired within on be day. There is no hidden costs.
Blaine and the rest of the workers did an amazing job on my wrecked Honda Accord!! Feels and looks brand new. It was in terrible shape so I’m so happy with everything they did!! Will go here every time!
Great shop for so many reasons. The quality of workmanship is superb and the people there are great. My truck looks brand new again and the upgrades look beautiful. Marshall stayed in touch with me through the whole process and let me know what was going on. If you want a quality job at a reasonable price this is the place to go. Highly recommend
Called Don when my RAV4 wouldn't start this past weekend. Let him know I had just replaced my battery so was worried about something worse. He came out to do an assessment and after doing a bit of testing he gave me a jump-start free of charge! Kind, courteous and professional to a T. Definitely earned my business in the future if I ever need it!
We've used Ray's a couple of times as they were referred by another Auto Parts provider. They are amazingly fast, attentive, clean and very professional. And in one case, $500 cheaper than two other bids. And they provided better service. Impressive! Thanks Ray's
Kendrick is amazing! The service I receive at Platinum Auto is above and beyond. He’s always very friendly and very honest. The work gets done right the first time and the price he charges is very fair. This is definitely where I would take your vehicle. This is where I take all of mine.
