Donovan was super friendly and excellent at explaining every step of the process. No big windows of wait time, very punctual which is important. I'm very happy with the results and service. Will definitely use this company again.
Very satisfied with the thorough cleaning of my carpet, floor tiles and shower tiles by Pure Clean! We just bought a new house, and it was absolutely worth it to have the entire house cleaned before moving in. A huge difference with the carpet and tiles looking much better after the cleaning. And very friendly service as well! Thank you so much!
Mickey was awesome. He was super nice, very informative, made sure we understood their process and he did a great job! Highly recommend!
Very good customer service , I called them up and gave them rough measurements of the spaces I wanted cleaned, got a quote. A tech came out went over everything gave me some option on cleaning levels and cleaned the carpets. Very satisfied with the results and will definitely use again in the future
We absolutely love PureClean! They have been to our house numerous times over the years and every time the quality of their work is outstanding. Their technicians are professional, friendly, honest and work incredibly hard to make sure we are getting the exact service we need. They are great about giving price…
We had some wet soil spilled on carpet making a 5x3 ft smear, and Pure Clean cleaned it all up! Everyone was super professional from the first Yelp message to the technician leaving a surprise goodie bag after the appointment. Would absolutely hire again for the peace of mind.
