I was hoping that making an appointment at 9:00 am a few days in advance would keep me from being in the same position my last detailer left me in: 5:00 pm and the car isn't finished, and had to wait 1:45 for it to be quickly finished.
The wheels were not cleaned. The polish job was so quickly done that there were maybe 10 spots all over my car with wax that was not removed. The quality of the cleaning job was nice on the inside, except they forgot to clean the steering wheel. For $175, it's worth it, not $360 though.
EDIT: Thanks for the detailed reply ...

Dear Mr Dickerson
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience with 1 Perfection Auto Spa. We genuinely appreciate all reviews, as they provide us with valuable insight into how we can maintain and improve our high standards of service and customer care.
First, please allow us to sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with the timing of your service. We completely understand that a delay can be incredibly disruptive to your schedule, and we sincerely regret the significant wait you endured. Our goal is to provide a premium, efficient experience, and we fell short of that promise in your case.
We also want to address the concerns regarding the completeness of the detail. Our standard process for every vehicle includes a thorough walk-through with the client both before and after the service to note the vehicle's condition and confirm that all areas, including the steering wheel and wheels, meet our strict quality standards. We are very concerned that this vital step did not occur or was not communicated effectively.
Upon a detailed investigation of our records for the date of your visit, we are unable to locate a booking or service ticket under your name or vehicle for 9:00 AM. This discrepancy makes it difficult for us to identify the specific team involved and understand the full context of what happened. To ensure we can investigate this thoroughly and make it right, we encourage you to please contact our general manager, Anthony Valle, directly at 505 717-6092 or [email protected] at your earliest convenience.
We stand behind the quality of our work. The fact that you noted the interior cleaning was "nice" is appreciated, but we agree that an unfinished steering wheel and wheels are not acceptable, especially at our price point. We would be grateful for the opportunity to correct this.
To that end, we would like to personally invite you back for a complimentary re-do of the exterior wheel cleaning and a full interior refresh, including a proper finish on your steering wheel, performed by our lead detailer. We hope you will give us a chance to restore your faith in our ability to deliver the perfect, timely service we are known for.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
The Team at 1 Perfection Auto Spa
