I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say that Edmond did an absolutely outstanding job with our home inspection! He was incredibly thorough, professional, and detailed. The time, effort, and care he put into the inspection were truly worth every penny. His work was 101% worth the investment, and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I highly recommend Edmond to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough home inspector!

I really appreciate you taking the time to write the review. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will continue to deliver the best Home Inspection experience to our clients.
Edmond did our pre-closing inspection on a new condo in Williamsburg and was excellent. He took his time and was super thorough, and caught extremely detailed issues most inspectors would walk right past, like the builder using drywall screws instead of proper carpenter screws. He showed up right on time even though I had to reschedule three times, no attitude about it. Professional, detail-obsessed, and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you want someone who actually looks closely.

Thank you! I really appreciate for the great review. Client satisfaction is always our priority.
Edmond inspected a pre-war co-op apartment we were looking to buy. He found a number of minor issues that we would never have been able to identify ourselves, such as some issues in the electrical panel and usage of wrong screws to mount kitchen cabinets. Both of these posed safety risks so we are relieved he spotted them. With the detailed and well-documented evidence that Edmond provided, we were able to indicate precisely to the seller what repairs we wanted done before closing and they obliged. We are now much more confident in our purchase as a result of Edmond's inspection and resulting repairs. Would highly recommend.

He made the entire process easy and informative, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and trustworthy inspector. Thank you, Edmond!

Very pleased with the inspection that 111 Home Inspections did for us in Brooklyn, NY in Aug 2026. We are purchasing a old house. Edmond was very thorough and patient, taking time to answer all our questions and go through every little detail. The inspection report he followed up with was super helpful as well, as it had pictures, recommended course of action, and type of professional who should help.
