Customers frequently praise the technician's technical knowledge, quick turnaround times, and clear communication regarding repairs for computers, TVs, and other electronics. Many note fair pricing and the absence of diagnostic fees, with the owner actively responding to the vast majority of reviews. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize unresponsiveness, including ignored phone calls and allegations of extended repair delays without adequate updates.

I tried sending my laptop back to DELL since I bought it and they returned it saying they couldn’t repair it. So I had to keep my brand new messed up laptop. I would later take it to repair shops and they never knew what the issue was and or what could be done. So when I spoke to Anibal he was able to quickly take my laptop and diagnose it. He took little to no time to repair it as well. It ended up being my keyboard and was able to repair it in no time. Thank You Anibal for the professionalism and the quick turn around time in which you got it done. Great Job and would recommend him to anyone who is has tried everything and haven’t been helped. He will surely make it right and will fix what many other can’t and won’t.
