Customers frequently praise the graffiti and hip hop workshops for being engaging and creative, often highlighting the instructors' knowledge and the structured progression from history lessons to group mural projects. Booking logistics and communication are generally described as professional and accommodating, even for large corporate groups or last-minute schedule changes. However, a recurring criticism involves poor customer service regarding online paint orders, where respondents reported unresponsive communication and a refusal to ship products, forcing them to cancel or travel long distances for pickup.

Had such a wonderful time and so did my team! Some of them even said best offsite ever. Ella, was extremely accommodating and a great teacher. We showed up 30 mins late and she still made time to show us and keep us on track. Would definitely recommend!!

This review is for 1am Projects :) I’m a graphic designer at an experiential design agency based in NY & LA. I was on the hunt for a mural group who could execute a huge mural for a huge client at NBA All-Star Weekend that spanned across 2 building facades within a tight timeline (4 days!). We were recommended to 1am by our event venue. Between their responsiveness during the inquiry process via email, their familiarity with our venue, the group being local, portfolio of previous work, and knowledge of technical needs, I decided to hire them for our project. I’m so glad I did!!! Onsite, their team was always on time, prepared, friendly, and just overall a dream to work with. We came to them with a design, and they executed it perfectly. They play to the strengths of their team, bringing in the right people with the right skill sets for each part of the mural. They got the work done quickly and well, were flexible when asked to make some tweaks to the line work, and everyone just had a great attitude. You can really tell they love what they do. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great mural team to work with, especially for a commercial client. I was extremely happy with the outcome of our design, the client was happy, and guests that came to the event were taking pictures with the mural! 10/10!!
Thanks Aisha, it was a pleasure working with your team. We look forward to future projects!
My company, The Academy Group, took a group of high schoolers here as a field journey for our Bay Area college tour. It was absolutely wonderful! Students loved the lesson and using the paint cans and they enjoyed their custom tote bags. The team builder was great and I'd more than recommend this space/experience to my network.
Thank you, Eric! It's so much fun to have students in the workshops, they bring the best energy and creativity. Come back anytime and try out one of our other workshop options!
Booked a graffiti workshop for my birthday with my family and we all had an amazing time. Our instructor was DeVante who is an incredible street artist and made our time there very enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone and everyone :)
