I originally hired this company since they were the cheapest of my 3 quotes for a land survey regarding a property line dispute. Nick was communicative and quick to send his team out the same day I hired them. Mariah and Ben were very personable and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company for any survey needs.
Nick worked wonders on our missing mounument. He found it buried 12" below the surface. We appreciated the time he spent with us to explain all the implications of the finding. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing clarity and resolution to their boundary issues.

Amazing team with timely and accurate results. Top notch gear had them in and out of the forest without wasting time. Had a 2-3 day job done in a day and a half. Over 150 foot elevation change, valleys, downed trees, creek crossings, blackberries,… this team plowed through it. The owner Nick knows his stuff. He worked with us every step of the way. We now have the knowledge and confidence to make our land ours finally. No more guessing where the lines are or if your on your neighbors land or yours. Mike and Ben of 1LS Surveying LLC did a wonderful job for us. They arrived early in the day, got the surveying equipment out and ready to use, then came to the door to introduce themselves. After reviewing the area with me and seeing the location of a potential monument they got to work and located a marker two feet below ground level. They spent the day finding and marking the monuments, verified their locations and left easy to locate ground level markers. Through it all, they listened to my questions, answering them clearly. Our and the neighbor's property were left in good order.
