Customers frequently praise the company for punctual arrivals, same-day or next-day scheduling, and professional communication during repairs and installations. Reviewers note that technicians often explain procedures clearly, complete work efficiently, and charge reasonable prices for services like spring replacement and opener installation. However, a small number of low-star reviews cite recurring issues with doors remaining loud after service, parts failing prematurely, or the company refusing service despite listing the customer's town as a primary service area online.

Keith was prompt on arriving, needed no help during the inspection and did a truly professional job. He explained everything he did to the door. He re-programmed our remote openers after my brother-in-law installed a key pad & the remotes quit working. He even put in new light bulbs as my wife doesn’t allow me to climb ladders. I am very happy with the results of his service call. 😊🇺🇸

A very professional group of people that know their business and provide excellent customer care. They didn’t try to sell me a door, they provided a service. Thank you to Marc, Keith, Ken, Sam and the entire team. RW

Josh did a great job, and was very professional. I needed both springs replaced, it was easy to schedule, and they were able to come out the next day to fit my schedule. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It was super easy to make an appointment to have our garage door springs replaced proactively to avoid a failure. Joshua came out the next day right on time, and was extremely courteous and professional. He completed the job quickly and I am very happy with the result. Would highly recommend!
