Didn't realize that I was scheduled and he was fast and efficient...

Timely and responsive to our requests.

Works well with customer on reschedule needs.

1st Choice Pest Control, George and his staff are truly a cut above the rest. Since my initial request for evaluations/estimates at multiple properties, they have been extremely professional, communicative and promptly provided thorough evaluations with supporting videos and photographs. I'm extremely impressed…

The owner was very knowledgeable about the problem. He took his time did the visit justice.

Always on time or early! Quick service and handles all our inside and outside pest control.

Jabree was very nice and professional. He listened to issues we were having and made recommendations and provided on-the-spot solutions. Most importantly he notified me that he was on his way and was on-time (actually ahead of schedule), which I appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly…

Yamir goes above and beyond. He is hard working, very pleasant and helpful. He calls if he is running early and asks if it is ok if he comes sooner than the appointment. I Always recommend 1st Choice.

The go-to pest control company in the 757. Quality service, professional staff, satisfying results. I would recommend this company over anyone, go ahead and call!

Technician arrived on-time and explained every aspect of the service! Very Respectful of us and our home. looking forward to them protecting our property!

#1st Pest Control is always friendly and professional. My families introduction to this service began in 2005 and has provided us with a quarterly service for the past eighteen years. We continue to depend on the expert and trusted service we are receiving.

1st choice is excellent. They are thorough and dedicated. They are always there whenever the need arises for extra visits and any other pest control needs.

I needed a second opinion and got the number from my coworker. George and Shai came out and were earlier than expected, which I loved. They did treatment inside and termite inspection outside. I needed work done under the house and insulation that was damaged needed to be replaced. They were so professional and…

Service was great as always.

Excellent service. Professional treatment. On time!

By far the best pest control team in VA! I switched to 1st choice after my two year contract ran out with a different, big chain pest service where I felt like my business and problems didn’t matter. We have been so happy with 1st choice because their customer service, hard work, and affordability can’t be matched…

Thank you George for great service from 1st Choice Pest Control. George and his team are very knowledgeable in their field, and I have used them for more than 6 years, and have a quarterly service contract with them. Any concerns I bring to them, they always check on right away. And Cindy in the office is…

Shai was very knowledgeable and explained a lot so I would be at ease. He did an amazing job. Thank you for everything sir.

I found 1st Choice Pest Control on google. And the experience was amazing! I learned and watched with one of the employees names Morgan. He knows his information about rodents and what to do for the future to prevent this problem again at Newport News Shipyard since it is an industrial work environment. I would…

I have been using George and his team at 1st Choice Pest Control for a little over a year now. They always provide great service from addressing any of my concerns regarding treatment to answering any questions I may have. They are very good about providing an ETA on my scheduled appointment days and their prices…

Every tech that has come out is polite and professional.

1st Choice did an outstanding job treating my home for typical insects (ants, spiders, etc.). When we saw a few ants in our bathroom shower, they returned, inspected and retreated. They then did a 2 week follow up. Kameron was the Technician who is a very respectful, conscientious and friendly young man. I enjoyed…

The reps are always friendly and professional.

1st choice is always A-1 service. Prompt, great customer service. No bugs. Love this company.

I’ve been 1st Choice for six years for their pest control and termite inspection services. We are very satisfied with their level of service.

We have been using 1st Choice for a while now. They took care of our moisture problems under the house, spray yearly to eliminate our carpenter bee problems and do general exterminator service. George and his team are a very professional, trustworthy, and friendly group. Reasonable prices. I would highly recommend.

George is great! And his “calm” demeanor over the very new mouse/mice situation I’m now dealing with (post demolition of a couple of buildings across the lot) … has really helped with my anxiety. He fit me into his schedule the day that I called. Considering I have not ever dealt with or had to deal with rodent…

We called 1st Choice because we had a problem with ants and water bugs. George came out within a couple of days of the initial phone call to inspect and provided me with a very reasonable contract price. His service has always been on time, thorough and professional. We no longer see ANY bugs and as a company that…

We have had several issues with rodents and George Wright has cleaned up under our home..so nice you could probably have a picnic there. He painstakingly installed new vents with thermostatic function..awesome, no more running out to close off vents in bad wheather. Then he sealed up every possible little space…
