Our bathroom turned out very nicely. Definitely happy with the finished product. Josh even went out of his way to assist with the bench and curb placement after he was already done with our job.
I had a great experience working with Joshua at 1st Choice Title Solutions. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free he made the experience. I would definitely recommend Joshua to anyone needing title services!
Excellent contractor! Always friendly, answers every question, communicates well, and does great work. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Josh & 1st choice tile! I had an extremely challenging tile design with my bathroom remodel project and he handled with extraordinary focus & skill. He was reliable, professional, on time, technically competent, & highly knowledgeable about all aspects of complex tile installation & mosaic design. I was thrilled with the beautiful outcome & would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a precision tile installation that will last decades.
Was an excellent challenge, and turned out great! Thank you for trusting me with your project!
Josh is easy to work with and very responsive. This is the second time we’ve worked with him and I would highly recommend it. Our new bathroom tile looks incredible!
Wow, Rose! This turned out fantastic! It was a pleasure to do both of your projects! Please let me know if you need anything in the future!
I have been meaning to write this review for so long! Josh helped us renovate a very dated upstairs bath. His attention to detail and die-hard commitment to budget and timelines made me feel really in control and confident as a first-timer with home renovation. He offered insightful design advice and was honest throughout. His crew was unavailable during the period he worked with us, and he did the entire fur/reno on his own. Neighbors kept dropping by to tell me how hard he was working and ask for his card. I already told him I’d hire him again for the next bathroom!
Your job was a fun challenge, but it turned out really well! I look forward to working with you again!
Josh and his team were very knowledgeable, flexible, and professional. I will be contacting them for future projects.
Glad to have been of assistance! Please do!
Showed up and did what they said they would do. Professional, communicative and Nick did an amazing tile job. Very pleased with the results! Would recommend 100%
Glad we were able to get that taken care of for you, after your poor experience with another company! Please let me know if we can be of further assistance!
We recently worked with Josh on our bathroom remodel and are very satisfied with the results. As a one-man team, Josh demonstrated excellent attention to detail and was very accommodating throughout the project. Josh carefully listened to our vision and offered valuable suggestions. His craftsmanship is evident in the precise installation of the porcelain tiles in the shower and on the floor. The shower, now larger than before, showcases Josh's skill and dedication to his tile work. Anyone who has done any decent size project knows that you find things when you open up walls and see what you’re working with. Josh made our seemingly impossible situation amazing. Josh managed all aspects of the remodel single-handedly, keeping us informed at every stage and promptly addressing any adjustments needed. His professionalism and commitment to high-quality work are evident in every part of our new bathroom. We highly recommend Josh for anyone considering a bathroom remodel. His expertise, reliability, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and grateful to Josh for his outstanding work.
Thanks Ben! It was a pleasure doing your remodel, and also your backsplash in the past! Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance
Josh did a great job updating the flooring and backsplash in our kitchen. We had some issues come up with the grout discoloring, and Josh came back time and time again to make sure it was right.
Thanks Blair! It was a pleasure doing your project, glad you are pleased with it!
