Customers frequently cite reasonable pricing, punctuality, and thorough cleanup as key strengths of this roofing and restoration contractor. Positive feedback highlights responsive communication and efficient installation for projects ranging from full roof replacements to small repairs. However, several low-star reviews point to unresolved issues regarding communication delays, unaddressed defects, and dissatisfaction with the professionalism of subcontractors used for restoration work.

They did a fast job but where they tore the chimney off they didn't replace wood it looks bad because its a drop in the roof in that area was very difficult to communicate with the workers they didn't quite understand but its warranted if it starts leaking my overall is a 3.5 rating to a 4 pricing is affordable

Superb service from start to finish. Showed up early, worked late, cleaned up thoroughly. Absolutely fair price. And they install the best product. Highly recommend them.

On or about November 2025 we hired these people because basically we were sold by an employee named B who seemed to be very estute and knew what he was talking about and seemed very trustworthy. Well he got layed off later for going to bat for us. Over a mess they left. They began work at the beginning of Jan. because they had to order the material and it was special as far as the colors concerned very high demand by norandex so it took a few weeks to get. The first problems were they were working during the ice storm in February and the problem that arose is that they left trash and vinyl all over the ground on the first night they started installing. The next morning because of the storm and they're incompetence I was chasing vinyl around the neighborhood getting it out of my neighbor's yard and under their cars at 6:30a because they didn't send somebody to clean up the night before. They came by later and picked up all the stuff I never got an apology from the owner mainly the secretary. To this point I still haven't met the owner that was another issue on several occasions I had requested to meet him he said he came by the house 4 hours earlier than he had said and I wasn't home I was at a VA appointment in Salem, and he accused me of being home and not answering the door. He said someone said they saw someone in the house. Andwe are retired couple and we go everywhere together and I didn't appreciate the accusation. Time went by and I still hadn't met him in person. The employees would try to intercept and ease the tension between myself and the owner over the next few months. When I install the vinyl one of the contractors suggested to the owner that insulation needs to be installed but the contractor told me that the owner said no because it cost more money and they already gave me an estimate. Well 8 months later I got my insulation. The roofers weren't any better. They left gouges in the brand new shingles, it looked as if someone dropped a tool that was heavy on the shingle or something and it messed it up and they didn't bother to replace it also on the cricket which is behind the chimney there was tile that was cut and hanging off.Same here so pathetic. The roof shingles had tears and gouges in it. Im almost 60 and had to climb up there to find that out bc they lost my trust early on. Later then you screws in the corners and made the corner so tight that the rest of it buckled on the side of the house being the vinyl. As you can see in the pictures the Gable was off center about a foot because they leave one guy to do the work of three or four men in the snow and ice. He looked like a trapeze artist sitting on a ladder trying to lift a 12 ft piece of vinyl into place to hammer it in it was ridiculous but I assume "well these guys must be really good if he is doing that all by himself". Well that wasn't the case. I had a friend round about the same time. That I didn't know was doing the same work and Franklin county and he was having the same problems that I was having. We just spoke today and I was like that's it I can't let anybody else go through this. At one point I was complaining about the lack of competent work through the owners email. The owner told me not to communicate with him through email, so he could be totally transparent with his employees some kind of employee system they have where everybody sees the same texts. I told him I communicate with you anyway I like communicating with you.
Hopefully my friend will be doing the same kind of review soon. I was expecting maybe a discount after all i was we were put through,NOPE Cook siding came by inspect the work and reported them for installing improperly to norandex rep Mr Wolfe. Well I know this is getting lengthy so I'll keep it short by adding some pictures and you can make your own decisions based on that. A lot of these pics where the pics are pieces of material that had to be reinstalled after the winter storm. he's not military he said he has a lot of respect for them. We appreciate and welcome all reviews to show that we are real and not made up or post false stuff to boost our credibility. The reviews are meant to report how a company did good or bad and to help people make decisions with this information. The importance of all of the facts and accounts is important in doing so. In this particular case the facts are lacking and far from accurate. We were contracted to do work for this customer. The sales rep at the time that was handling this project was assigned based on it being an insurance claim and that is what his specialty was and we no longer do insurance work. In insurance work the scope of work is dictated by the insurance company and not by the customer or contracted company. We followed the scope of work given. The product was picked before we were contacted to do the job. The Norandex brand is one we utilize but this particular color is special order not because of popularity but the opposite. We did not exactly choose the timeframe for the install as it was decided by the customer and the sales rep at the time and the customer was in a rush to get the work completed. We never heard a word about any issues of trash or incompetence on the site until the invoice was sent over to the customer for payment to be collected. This seemed kind of odd not to mention it before if there was a huge debacle leading up to completion. Once invoiced this is when the pictures of some issues were brought my team's attention and they dispatched the appropriate people out to fix the issues. I as the owner along with the distributer went over to the customers home 2 times together and I was there 3 additional times and did actually meet the homeowner and his wife. We walked around the home and I adjusted one piece of siding on the back of the home near the back steps and we discussed the next steps, this included ordering more siding as the factory and distributer concluded it appeared to be material defect on one of the corners. I hired a 3rd party crew from another siding company in Roanoke to reinstall the new siding to steer away from any bias towards the first crew since he previously said they were incompetent or that I am just hiring cheap guys to save money even though on the contract the customer signed included no insulation on the scope of work to be done by us. I added the insulation on the reinstall to please them. The customer kept calling and texting various people by personal texts and emails about additional issues and some through our CRM ( customer relationship management software) which tracks and records all calls, texts, and emails real time for accountability purposes and help keep the team on the same page. I agree that I had asked the customer not to text or email personal emails of anyone at 220 but utilize the email and text numbers we provided to have everything recorded for accountability and quality assurance so our team stays on the same page. In life it seems easy to be critical even when a company goes above and beyond fixing any possible issue and then leave a bad review. As a Veteran is seems deplorable to say that another Veteran is not one without verifying the facts. I ask all going forward if you leave a review please include all of the facts good and bad and most of all be honest. I would be happy to show anyone my DD214 from the US Army Reserves.

These guys were easy to work with from the start. They replaced my roof in less than a day. Patrick and Madeline were the two that I had the most communication with. They went out of their way to help and make sure things were right. They also did a great job cleaning up. I am 100% satisfied.
