Went above and BEYOND to help me get the best experience out of my pc as posssible. Offered me very good deals on hard to get hardware that will last longer. They drive to you if you are in range and open 24/7 during these time?! Worth it if you dont want to spend weeks or months to figure something out

If you are in the novi area DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They not only cited wrong information, they tried to charge ridiculous prices. They informed me and a friend that a GPU needed to be rebuilt. If you know anything about computers you would know that is a ridiculously complex task and they wanted to charge around $1000 . The worst part was is the GPU did not need to be rebuilt as it was a software issue with the drivers All in all there is no reason to go here not only do I doubt their expertise but if you don’t know much about computers they will try to take advantage of you.

Hi, Justin. It only shows 2 negative reviews on your profile, and per our records, we've not done business with you. However, you recently edited your review, to which we felt the need to reply. A GPU driver update is rudimentary and easy to spot/do. Please re-check the local computer services in the area, and place this review to where it's appropriate. Thank you.

As other people have mentioned, Andy is excellent to work with. I was having numerous issues with my computer, that I was trying to self diagnose, but with no success. Andy was able to address the issue quickly and I haven't had any issues since. I highly recommend Quick Teks for any computer issues.

We're happy your experience with us was well beyond your expectations. We try our best, and Andy does try a little harder to surprise our clients. We very much appreciate your honest and detailed review, Curt.

about a year ago, I got married, and when I went to view the video, the files were all corrupted. We brought it to them and within a week we have a viewable wedding video. They were nothing but pleasant to work with, extremely timely and very communicative. Would highly recommend

We do our best, and we're happy you left a very detailed review for us to follow up on. We're just glad you got your wedding videos back. It's obviously something that's hard to replace.

Really weird... nobody was there and wanted my kids to text all kind of information before they would come up to the shop to service the PC .. really unprofessional.

This is a very disturbing review you've left our company. I'm not 100% sure the context you're trying to insinuate. We only do business with adults, as we're an established IT/Computer relations company for twenty years. However, I would advise that you call us before arriving to our office (which our surveillance didn't show anyone). You posted something so blanketed in terminology, and yet intentionally harming. I'd prefer you called us if you had legitimate concerns here.

Some context regarding my dilemma: I had just built a PC which was working flawlessly. I was able to play my intended game perfectly fine with no issues. Then, while gaming, my game crashed and the computer stopped responding, prompting me to force shutdown the computer. Post crash, the game was underperforming. I tried everything software-related, from verifying the integrity of the game files to clean reinstalling Windows (three separate times, mind you), but to no avail. At this point,  I'm thinking it must be hardware related, hence why I took it to the repair shop. I explained my situation to the repair shop and they took it from there. After some time, they contacted me saying that the both the graphics card and SSD (due to being at "65% health") are responsible for the horrendous performance. I went ahead and replaced said components, only to be greeted with the same horrible performance post-crash. So, I called the repair shop and they responded by saying I only "partially followed" their advice as they recommended I get a RTX 5070 instead of the RX 9070 I originally had; their argument was that the RTX 5070 is the superior card of the two and didn't have as many driver issues as AMD cards. According to them, had I gotten an RTX 5070, the PC would have been running perfectly fine like its former self. But that didn't make any sense as the PC was running fine with an RX 9070 before the crash. When I brought this point up, they started talking about how there could be problems with PCIE bifurcation, something that didn't make sense at all in explaining my horrible performance. I decided to take it to another repair shop. The repair guy over there suspected it was the motherboard. I replaced the motherboard and lo and behold, the PC was running perfectly fine, WITH the RX 9070 card that Quick Teks claimed should have been switched out for an RTX 5070 due to "PCIE bifurcation issues." I later called Quick Teks about this and they were still adamant about the situation, stating that they had mentioned PCIE bifurcation being a potential problem in their diagnosis (which isn't true as they mentioned the PCIE issues AFTER I replaced the parts and called them about the PC still having horrible performance; never was it mentioned in their diagnosis). To top it all off, Quick Teks abruptly hung up on me and sent me a text saying, "Thank you for your business. But i'm well aware of what was wrong, and what was stated previously." Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

We honestly have no idea what you're on about. However, we did notice you left another local computer repair company a 5 star review from 8 months ago. Why didn't you return there, if you had such a great experience before? You wouldn't off chance be employed there, would you? Following our review, you added another 5 star review to another repair company, which is also not adding up here. Prior, you hit all of our online accounts earlier with bad reviews, but we wonder to what end, as it still doesn't add up. Something must truly be troubling you in life to go this far with this kind of malice. We hope you eventually get over whatever that might be.

I came in stressed because my jump drive had important info on it and I was worried it was lost for good. The team at 24/7 Quick Teks stayed calm, walked me through exactly what they needed to do to recover it, and explained the reasoning behind the cost before starting any work. They got everything fixed quickly, and I left with total peace of mind with access to all my lost files. Really appreciated the clear communication and honest pricing — highly recommend if you’re in a similar bind.

Hi Josh, We noticed that you recently updated your review, and we wanted to reach out to better understand your experience. For quite some time, your original five-star review was displayed on our profile and was even marked as helpful by several readers, so we were naturally concerned when we saw the change. We attempted to contact you because we genuinely wanted to understand whether there was an issue with the computer we previously worked on or if there was another concern that led to your updated rating. During our conversation, you mentioned that you wanted to build another PC, which is fine. However, we were hoping to learn more about what may have prompted the change in your review so we could address any concerns and ensure you received the level of service we strive to provide. Unfortunately, we weren't able to fully discuss the matter during our call. Our intention was simply to listen, understand your perspective, and determine whether there was anything we could do to improve your experience. When you have a moment, we'd appreciate the opportunity to speak with you. Your feedback is important to us, and we'd like to make sure your concerns are heard and properly addressed. Thank you,

Went in with power issue, screen would artifact then die. Power supply was found broken, minor damage to motherboard. Powersupply was replaced, but downgraded [850 to 750] without my permission. Motherboard was soldered without permission [would have replaced]. Google alerts went off saying they snuck into my emails. When picking up, they left gpu installed [should never transport a pc with the card installed, especially such a heavy one] and didnt return protective packaging it had been wrapped in. And worst of all, once home. I found the pc was STILL having power issues and articacting. Basically cheated out of 650$ Had to spend an additional 300$ for the correct power supply, and new motherboard to actually fix pc. Grossly regret going here, greatly wish I could chargeback, but sadly a service was technically still provided...
