Customers consistently praise the company for rapid emergency response, professional communication, and fair pricing during services like water heater replacement and drain snaking. However, low-star reviews highlight recurring issues with significant price discrepancies, failed repairs, and missed appointment windows that led to unresolved problems and aggressive billing interactions.
