After speaking with someone on the phone, I was under the impression that the $65 mold inspection fee would provide us with a report and a thorough inspection. Instead someone spent 5 minutes telling me exactly what I already knew then tried to upcharge hundreds of dollars for lab testing. To conclude, there was a problem collecting payment with my credit card that just felt "scammy." My card was declined but my credit card company showed no record of that. It happened with a second card as well.
*Update* The reason why you do not have a record of me as a customer is because you were at my mom's house. She is an 80 year old woman who was taken advantage of.

When they showed up to my apartment they gave me a very specific rundown of how it all works. They made me feel very comfortable and informed on what test to get. I’ve been feeling very sick for years and recently had more test come back positive with very high levels of mold in my body. This is the right call to get the test done. That way I can see if the mold is coming from my house. Appreciative of their services. Kiano was really wonderful to work with!
