Google reviewers rate 254Repair 4.7 out of 5 stars, noting that the owner responds to all feedback. Customers frequently praise the shop for fast turnaround times, fair pricing, and clear communication regarding repairs for phones, tablets, and gaming consoles. However, several low-star reviews criticize the quality of replacement screens, alleging that installed parts often glitch, overheat, or do not fit properly despite being charged at higher rates.

I’ve been going to 254Repair for years they’ve always been the best!! I just recently went there for a new battery because my phone kept randomly dying..during the repair my screen got damaged (it wasn’t the best to begin with, got it done somewhere else) so they replaced it free of charge. Always polite.. Reasonable prices. 10/10 always
Thank you, Dominique! We truly appreciate you sticking with us over the years. We're glad we could swap out the battery and take care of the screen at no extra cost, and we'll keep earning that 10/10. Come see us again anytime!
