My husband and I schedule our haircuts together and we always love how they turn out. Sara is always cheerful and super friendly. She even goes out of her way to give extra services when I'm recovering from health issues. We'd recommend her to anyone 😊💖

Love love love this place! The owner is absolutely amazing and trying to find someone that actually knows what they are doing and not scared to say "Maybe we go a different direction " I'm in and out the prices compared to the quality of service is mind blowing. This place is always busy because they do amazing work and their prices aren't there to make you choose between feeding ur family or keeping ur hair healthy. 1000% recommend them and if they are booked, wait, you won't be disappointed at all.

I was genuinely excited for my visit after reading so many positive reviews, especially about the extension services. I drove 1.5 hours for a consultation and trim, eager to explore options for adding length or making the transition more comfortable since I'm growing out my pixie. I came in open and ready for expert guidance—hoping for suggestions, ideas, or even encouragement. Instead, the entire appointment felt rushed and dismissive. I was told, very bluntly, that my hair was too short and to come back when it’s longer. That was it. No recommendations for how to manage or style it in the meantime, no suggestions like color or shaping to support the grow-out process, no explanation of what kind of extensions they offer or how the process even works. I had to keep prompting just to get basic answers, and it honestly felt like I was bothering her by asking. At some point, I just gave up and let her trim my bangs so I could leave. The whole thing was under 10 minutes. I’m disappointed—not just in the lack of information, but in the lack of warmth, interest, and support. A smile or a few kind words would have made a big difference. I’m sharing this experience not out of spite, but with the genuine hope that it encourages a more engaged and welcoming approach for future clients. I've read all the wonderful reviews so I don't know what happened. I want the best as always for each one of them. But sadly that's why I'm giving one star, what happened to me was not acceptable.
Hi there! Sorry to hear your experience wasn’t what you expected . Out consultations are only 15 min appointments. I can’t put extensions in someone with as short of hair as yours. I’m sorry if it came across blunt, I specialize in length or thickness. But if I can’t confidently blend your layers, it’s not even an option. As far as your cut was concerned, I recommended letting it grow in and keep trimming the back which I mentioned. I do look forward to working with you in the future when your hair is longer. Again, sorry your experience wasn’t up to par.
