I have spent thousands of dollars on personal trainers during my life and never seen results until Maurice! My husband even started coming with me and I can’t say enough…. He knows what he’s doing! He makes it fun but pushes you at the same time.. He’s just awesome! 🤩 I’m finally getting the body I’ve always wanted! Thanks to Maurice!!!

I have been working with Maurice at 30+Fit Club for more than a year. At 82, I'm probably in the best shape of my life ! I have lost 2 sizes and it is all inches. Of course I have some challenges, but Maurice works with me at my level and has even helped me through some rehab after PRP procedures. He is the GOAT ! I highly recommend Maurice and 30+Fit Club :)

My trainer is Lance, he’s a true professional he is easy to communicate. Lance has customized a workout program for me. I’m just a short time I’ve noticed muscular gains and a more sculpted body!!!!

I’ve been training with Lance from the start of the year and I’ve been in the best shape of my life so far! Lance takes his time explaining the workouts and form. I like that he brings in nutrition and rest into my physical program; it’s a holistic approach. Great gym and highly recommend Lance.

The gym is always clean and organized. The trainers work to maintain sanitary environment. The trainers are all adept in their work and they all have different areas of expertise. They work with your schedule and skill level. There is no reason to be afraid or shy to join bc they understand and you will not be thrown out of your comfort zone. At the same time, they will still challenge you to help you grow. Maurice is my personal trainer for 1 year now. You will get a great workout and positive mental pick up. His energy is inviting and upbeat. He has challenged me and helped me grow so much. His workouts will transform your body. Whether you are in weight loss or trying to build muscle, he will get you there. His gym results will show, you just need to do your part. Try it at least for 90 days, I can guarantee you will feel and see results. Those results will motivate you forever!

He provides great motivation, guidance and support every step of the way. The gym is always clean. The clientele is friendly and welcoming, and all the trainers are welcoming as well, creating a positive environment for everyone. I can’t recommend Jake enough! He is fun, patient, kind, caring, intuitive and smart. He has been training my young daughter for some time now, and she wouldn’t be where she is today without him. We are forever grateful!
