I drive older cars because I put about 600 miles a week on them, so having a mechanic I can count on is a big deal. My Honda Accord was in pretty rough shape, and he got it all fixed up! The detailed inspection report made it easy to understand what needed attention, and their text update system was great for keeping me informed throughout the process. Really appreciate the work and the communication. Highly recommend 360 Auto Repair!

I came to Rick after another shop left my truck running worse than when it came in. Took it to Rick and he got my truck fixed up and running much better. I will definitely be back when I need more automotive repairs!

What a great experience! I talked to Rick over the phone. I decided to take my truck to him based on his personality and the short conversation we had. Once my truck was there, within an hour I had an estimate on my phone and he explained to me what needed to be repaired and what could possibly wait. A day later, the radiator was replaced, tie rod was replaced, rear transmission seal was replaced, and a brake fluid flush.
When I picked up my truck, Rick explained in detail everything he did and we had a few laughs
