I am very pleased with my physical therapy. Everyone is very professional and helpful in my journey of recovery after my knee surgery. I have more mobility and will be ready for my next knee surgery thanks to them!!

Excellent facility, more than excellent staff, Dylan has to be the best physical therapist on our planet! Thanks to Dylan and his staff I have progressed from virtually crawling to nearly walking normal again! I’ll stay with 360 for any and all PT needs in the future!! These people get 10 stars..,

360 Physical Therapy on 104th in South OKC has an exceptional team! Sandi and her staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. They make you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness and mindfulness truly set them apart from other facilities I’ve experienced. My only concerns are with the facility equipment. I originally chose 360 for its aquatic therapy machine, which has been out of service throughout my nine weeks of treatment. Some of the treatment equipment also has torn leather, making it uncomfortable to use. I hope these issues can be addressed because the facility should reflect the excellent care this team provides. The people are what make 360 special, and Sandi and her team are absolutely worth recommending!

This place is awesome. Total courtesy from the reception desk to the therapist. They treat you great and you can tell they care about your rehab rehabilitation. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Five stars all the way.

10/15/26 I have been going to this physical therapy facility for two months and the staff (PT, PTA and technicians) have been very supportive in setting me up with an exercise program (based on my needs) to assist in the recovery process, due to a back injury. They have also provided me with an exercise plan that I can do at home between visits to support my healing journey. They encourage proper exercise techniques to achieve the best possible results. If you are looking for a great physical therapy facility, I highly recommend 360 PT.

Dylan is very helpful and did a great job coaching me through my exercises and was very friendly and the staff is pretty awesome. Monique was very friendly as well. This is definitely a place that does a good job and is professional.

I have been here for three recoveries; two knee replacements and now a stroke recovery!!’ The first time was a referral from my surgeon and the next two times, my choice! I often encourage people to try 360! I have received good treatment and encouragement to work hard and get better!!!
