Victor was professional quickly diagnosed and solved the problem with ease. I even pocket dialed him by mistake after the service was completed and he called back to ensure I didn’t need anything.
Texas heat is bad. I called these guys before 7am and they were here by 12:30pm. Victor was quick, professional, and very friendly. He explained all the steps he was taking, told me things we could do to help improve our cooling concerns, and, he made sure I had all the documents needed to submit to my warranty company.
Victor was a true professional. Arrived on time and was very friendly. Wasn’t pushy about AC options like other competitors and made sure to take his time educating me on the issue at hand.
