I've used them a couple times now and they are professional and very thorough! I have utilized them for buying property to ensure air quality, mold, toxic chemicals, etc. The reports are very helpful and assuring. HIGHLY recommend!

You never want to have testing done, but 3West communicated clearly, performed per the schedule they agreed to, and produced clear reports. Overall very satisfied.
The testing is quite pricey in my view. I know if it would have turned out positive I would have been happy that I got it. But I think some background information to help decide if it's something that you should be getting mightt be a good consumer service.

Hi Michael, that's great feedback, thank you for this information. We'll look at better ways of incorporating the regulations to show it's a requirement for the local air district, Cal/OSHA and for disposal. Here is something for SCAQMD showing that an asbestos survey is required.
