Andrew is a hero. Came out within a half hour - AFTER HOURS - and fixed the issue right away. As a business, dealing with plumbing issues on a Friday night is a nightmare. Andrew and 4 Star plumbing are incredible. They made it completely seamless. THANK YOU!!

I had Lucas and Phil come to my house today to try to find a leak that was coming from my bathroom where my bathtub is. They were Able to find it easy because the leak made itself on its own very pronounced. So they didn’t have to do a whole lot of investigating. I highly recommend this company, especially Lucas and Phil.
4 Star Plumbing is an excellent choice for your plumbing needs. On time and even provided an text message with our technician’s picture and some background. Andrew did a phenomenal job for us. Very upfront with everything, very friendly and professional. Ask for Andrew if you use 4 Star.
I called 4 Star Plumbing for a consultation on helping me install my new sink faucet in my master bathroom. I knew exactly what the issue was (needed an adapter) and asked the plumber if he can help me find the correct piece. He insisted that he needed to cut the pvc and install a new valve etc etc (insert bs here just to make money) . Absolutely incredible that he just tried to hustle me for $400. Its alright because my mother in law found the adapter at Home Depot for less than $12 and we installed it ourselves. Word of advice - listen to what your customers are asking for and deliver. Dont try to hustle them! If you know what youre doing I recommend doing it yourself than hiring these guys. They just want to take your money! Poor customer service!

I called 4 Star yesterday because a toilet valve was leaking, they were able to schedule someone to come out today. I received a call when the technician was on the way. Cullen arrived shortly after and I was provided a quote before any work was done. Everything looks great and my issue was resolved. Professional and speedy service so I would definitely recommend.
John and Christian were amazing helping me with a backup in my home. I couldn’t use the toilets showers laundry. Anything. They were incredibly kind and arrived right on time. They went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and get everything back to working condition

This company should be called ONE Star Plumbing Services instead because they fix one problem while causing another problem and then try to gaslight you by telling you that you're "imagining things" so they can get out fixing what they caused to go wrong in the first place! Terrible OVERPRICED company!! Will not use or recommend ever again.
