Called 405 Window Tint with hopes of getting a couple of cars tinted on short notice. They not only got both cars taken care of quickly. They also provided professional and friendly service. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work is top notch. I’ll be a repeat customer when the need arises.

I had a 2:00 PM appointment to have my car windows tinted. When I arrived, I was told the staff was finishing up lunch, so I sat in the waiting room expecting a short delay. After waiting 30 minutes with no assistance, updates, or acknowledgment, I decided to leave. I took time off work for this appointment, which resulted in lost pay and wasted time. I understand that delays can happen, but a scheduled appointment should be respected, or at the very least, customers should be kept informed. Based on my experience, I would recommend saving yourself the time and frustration and look elsewhere.

I waited a little longer than usual, but in the end, they deducted $25 for the wait; the staff was very friendly, and I recommend it.

The work may be good, but the job was managed very poorly. We had a 10 o’clock appointment and showed up a few minutes early. We discussed the job with a representative and made a decision. However, they didn’t take our car back for at least another 45 minutes. During the long wait no one came out to tell us that the removal of the current film involved additional procedure and wait…during which time an OHP trooper came in to get his SUV treated and 405 Window Tint personnel attended to him immediately, getting him back out in very little time, around 30 minutes. Meanwhile, we waited…and waited…and waited. They should have given us a heads up about the additional effort required to do the work. They should have honored our appointment time. They told us the job would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half. We were there almost three-and-a-half hours! And we decided to move some chairs into the air conditioned foyer of the business to wait because the waiting room has no A/C. We never felt we mattered. When we settled the charges, it came up more than quoted, attributable to the upcharge for using a credit card, which we were not told about. I do not recommend this business.

Whoever is driving the silver Acura with your business name plastered across the back need to learn how to drive and not cut people off. Looks bad for your business.
