Customers consistently praise 412 Dumpsters & Demolition for its punctual delivery and pickup, fair pricing, and professional communication regarding dumpster sizes and accepted materials. The company handles services ranging from standard rentals to complex demolition and cleanouts, often receiving high marks for efficiency and thorough cleanup. However, one low-star review highlights a communication failure where a customer was not contacted to schedule a service after receiving a quote, requiring them to reach out via text.

412 Dumpster and Demo was responsive, answering multiple questions about their dumpsters and what material they accepted. It was very easy to schedule. They picked up the dumpster quickly once we were finished. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommend this local company.

The guys who dropped off the dumpster were great. They helped me load some things in while they waited for me to write out the check. Very courteous.
