As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I didn't know what to expect from the DC housing market, or from a realtor. I called Justin to vet our mortgage (ARM or a traditional 30-year), to make sure our bank documents were right, and to figure out whether we needed additional title insurance coverage. I called Justin about just about everything, and to his credit, he always answered.
He was extremely responsive, and he didn't just say yes or tell us what we wanted to hear. He gave us real advice that got us a better offer, a better deal, and the right home. On the first house we bid on, he encouraged us not to go higher. We did anyway. It was the wrong home for us, and thank goodness we didn't get it. It taught us a valuable lesson: Justin is a seasoned, smart, savvy realtor who knows what's best for his clients once they lay out their vision and what they want.
He knew the neighborhood, the restaurants, and exactly what to look out for. Compared to the horror stories we'd heard from friends, he made the process easy and seamless. He went above and beyond, and I'll always remember that he put my wife and me in our first home. Best realtor I've ever worked with. I couldn't be more grateful.

Jess is a miracle worker. I feel so lucky to have had her help finding a rental. She scoured the Internet finding good matches, was happy to go see tons and tons of locations, provided thoughtful feedback on locations when I asked her thoughts, and always made me feel like her most important client of the day. It was so much fun finding a place to live and I really credit Jess with making it such a positive experience. I’ll be reaching out to her the next time I move.
Jessica was great to work with. She was so helpful locating properties that fit what we were looking for, setting up tours, and advocating for us as renters. She was always available, even outside traditional work hours, for questions and help with paperwork, etc. I really appreciated her work ethic and all she did for us. She helped us to get into a lovely townhouse that we are settling into nicely! Not only that, but she was involved from start to finish, and helped us through the little details newer renters may not be aware of. I will point anyone I know looking for a place to rent/buy in her direction in the future. 10/10 experience with Jessica 😊

Our relationship with Justin at 4JRE started as a remote search from New York state. Justin's virtual walkthroughs were thorough inside and out, with an honest assessment of location and the vibe on the street. Even before we all met in person, Justin understood what would work for us, and more importantly, what wouldn't, in our new home.
