I’ve been using 5 Star Cleaning weekly or biweekly for a 4 bedroom home for 10 months and highly recommend them. Price, scheduling communication and cleaning were all great.

Cleaner was accommodating and easy to book. Since I did some remodeling, I needed the cleaner to clean the dust especially on the floors of a vacant unit. She came back again after I noted there was still dirt on the floors. It was overpriced and not the best cleaning I’ve ever seen.

Thank you for your feedback, Betty. For clarity to anyone reading: the unit was originally booked as a move-out cleaning, and when our professional arrived the remodel was still in progress, with workers on site. The service was reclassified as post construction cleaning and the updated price was approved in writing before any work was completed. The second visit was the scheduled completion of the job, the two bedrooms that were still under construction on the first day. Because construction dust keeps settling while work is ongoing, the floors had to be cleaned twice, and we did not charge for that second pass. Post construction cleaning cannot be done in stages, which is why it works best once the remodel is fully finished. We are glad the space came out better, and we are always happy to help with deep cleaning or move-out cleaning in San Francisco.
We have been using 5 Star Cleaning for several years across our Bay Area locations, and they have been a wonderful team to work with. They are always quick to respond to emails, incredibly accommodating, and adapt immediately to any changes or requests we may have.
They are also very willing to jump in and help with last-minute requests when needed, which we truly appreciate. Their responsiveness, flexibility, and commitment to providing great service have made them a reliable partner for our business. We highly recommend 5 Star Cleaning!

OMG!!! Beyond happy with results everything!!! I needed to do some deep spring cleaning on my day off but had no energy my allergies were horrible was thru the roof and overwhelmed with the massive cleaning ahead! I decided to look online for last minute booking and found great reviews on here and thought why not. Few hours later Silvana arrived on time and got straight to work. I was slightly worried because I know how much energy is needed to clean this place but Silvana was so confident n excellent in every corner of this place and doing everything by herself within the time they provided!! The results were amazing quick n efficient as if it were 2+ cleaners! I was so happy I could finally breathe and relax in enjoying my own home again!
