5 Stones is great. This is the third time we have used them and they show up on time and get us in right away. They are wonderful. I recommend them to all my family and friends.
Extremely Professional, Family owned and operated. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Couldn’t ask for better service.
I could not recommend 5 Stones enough. I have 2 little doggies who are afraid of the wind and the dark so they have had a tough time going potty outside through the doggy door. Tristian and Richard came out and used a blacklight to determine all the areas where they had been using the restroom. They took their time to thoroughly inspect all the areas and treat them properly. I also have two boys who spill things everywhere on the couches and they made my couches look brand new!! The quality time they took was what was most important to me. I hate when people rush cleaning services and they definitely took their time. Thank you guys!

Awesome service on my furniture
Five stones cleaned my terra-cotta tile, kitchen tile and rug. They also cleaned my area rug. The reason why I have given them one star is they did not finish painting the grout. They said they would come back and move a cabinet to paint the grout and clean the tile. It’s been over a month and I have called and texted about when they would be available to not only finish this job but to give me a quote on another area. In a nutshell, they didn’t finish the job and they charged me 12% tax. Charging the 12% tax is illegal. I have learned my lesson not to pay the full amount before the job is finished!

I had light obvious spots on my carpet from dog urine which took the color out of my carpet. Tristan was able to come and dye the spots so well you cannot see where they were. He is the only company that does this in our area. He has had specialty training to do this, and works like an artist to apply the right amount of color to do his magic. He is professional and does not rush the process, communicates well and a great guy. I highly recommend him - he is a go to guy for sure.
