Extremely Disappointing Experience- Property Damage- Lack of Accountability.
I am extremely disappointed with this company and feel others should be aware of our experience before hiring them.
A technician spent approximately one hour repairing our dryer and charged us $544.36, including $275 in labor. While he successfully repaired the dryer, he also pulled the washing machine water hose out of its connection. When I subsequently ran a load of laundry, water flooded our laundry room, seeping through the wall into the adjacent room, and spilled into the hallway, soaking a custom rug runner. The following day, we discovered that the floors in the adjacent room and hallway had warped from the water damage.
Initially, the company seemed willing to work with us to address the damage. However, they have since backed away from taking responsibility, claiming that rust inside the bottom of our washing machine indicated a preexisting leak.
Even if there had been an older, separate drip, that does not excuse the fact that the technician disconnected a water hose on a machine he was not even there to repair, resulting in a significant flood and damage to our home. The issue is not that there may have been an unrelated problem in the past; it is what happened during their service visit and the damage that followed.
To make matters worse, the company is now sending us more bills for follow up visits.
What began as a straightforward dryer repair has turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal involving water damage, warped flooring and a company that no longer wants to stand behind their work.
Based on our experience, I would urge others to think carefully before hiring this company.

When the water leak was reported, we returned promptly to inspect the issue and address the drain hose positioning. We also arranged a follow-up inspection to assess the reported damage.
During a subsequent visit, we identified a crack in the washing machine drum, along with signs of rust and corrosion. These findings raised additional questions regarding the source and duration of the leakage, and we believe a thorough evaluation of the available evidence is necessary before responsibility for the reported damage can be determined.
We understand that there are differing perspectives on what occurred. As this matter remains unresolved, we believe the most constructive approach is to continue addressing the details directly with our management team.
We remain committed to handling this matter professionally and fairly, and we welcome continued communication so the concerns can be evaluated based on the available evidence.

Stan and Jamie repaired a switch on our Fisher Paykel induction stove. They were very knowledgeable, explained the problem, showed us what they were doing to fix it and replaced it quickly. They were also polite and super nice guys. We are satisfied and recommend 911 service.
Technicians Blair and Stan have been to my home a number of times for appliance repairs and they are always professional, personable, and able to get the job done in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend 911 Service Today for any of your appliance repair needs.

I had a Hestan grill repaired. The igniters were intermittently working. 911 does a great job communicating throughout the scheduling, dispatch and repair. Work was quickly performed and James was great on site. The work was under warranty.
