My husband and I come to Maria and she is amazing! I had my hair done and got it perfect and exactly how I wanted! She bleached it and put a light pink on my roots and it was amazing!

I was really nervous and scared because I don’t go to new places. I had called several places before I went here. No one would answer the phone then I called 9one8 &spa Chantal answered immediately, she had this beautiful smile in her voice. I felt confident walking in. When I walked in, she greeted me with confidence and grace immediately my anxiety changed and went away. I felt very comfortable she let me put my purse on the chair. Then I walked over. She put the apron around me for the shampoo. She explained everything to me. She got the water perfect for me. I’m very picky about how my water is when my hair is shampoo. She talked to me and made me very comfortable while she was shampooing my hair. I felt like I knew her for years. We then walked over I explained to her how I wanted my haircut she listened. We talked as we were best friends. We talked about God, which made me very comfortable. I felt like I was at church. It was such a peaceful moment. I needed her in my life. It was such an honor. She did such an amazing job on my hair. I can’t explain how wonderful it was to walk into a place and feel so comfortable. I absolutely love the haircut and Chantal I will be returning and I hope that this review sends Customer is there as well. The salon is so beautiful and clean inside. The people are so kind. The other cosmetologist was just as kind. Thank you 9One8 &spa for making me feel so welcome. One stop shop they have it all

I go to Morgan for my haircuts and have for years. She takes great care of me. If you see this shop from the parking lot, you would have no idea it is so cute inside!
Called & someone told me to come in at 2:00, when I got there no one had any knowledge of it & rescheduled me. I said I was not free until after the 5th, I work from 9-6. Lady asked if I could come in Saturday, I assumed it was the one after the 5th, but no. She scheduled me for the 4th at 9:30am. I’ll find someplace else that properly communicates with their employees & customers. I live 30 minutes out & already drove there for nothing that first day.
Honey all you had to say is why you were there for!! You obviously can’t communicate your self. When you were offered the time on the 4th you could have rejected that time… but instead of telling the stylist that that time would not work for you you waited to cancel last minute…
I got my haircut there on September 9th. It's been a month. For the last month this has been the absolute worst haircut I've ever had in my life. And I am not joking! The haircut that I asked for I showed pictures, I showed several videos of this haircut all the way around so that it could be absolutely viewed, I discussed it with the stylist and I point blank asked her "Can you do this haircut?!" I don't want her to start a haircut that she can't do. I'd rather be told no than leave with a terrible haircut. Well none of that seemed to work and now I'm going to be waiting the next 6 to 9 months on this horrendous haircut to finally grow out so that I can try again someplace else. And there's not anything that you can do to fix it because she's taken off so much hair on one side that it's not even fixable. Not even at all. This is so far from the haircut that I came in asking for that it's not even a distant cousin of that haircut. And I did everything I could possibly do to try to ensure that I was leaving with the haircut I wanted. I told her I would rather that you tell me no you can't do it if you can't than to just try anyway and cross your fingers. This stylist was way overconfident and her abilities. I wear a beanie everyday now and have had to order a wig to wear until this can grow enough to be repaired. She couldn't even come close to the haircut that I wanted, though she swore that she could absolutely do it. She might be able to give a good haircut on some people for some types of styles, but the real issue here is a lack of listening and a lack of really wanting to know what the customer wants instead of just doing whatever your scissors feel like doing at the moment. The haircut that I'm still dealing with is absolutely trash. I've never been this unhappy with any haircut. I can't believe I PAID someone to do this butcher job on my hair!!!!!!!
Lopsided haircut, contacted them to see if they would fix their work and zero response. Was referred here, but I won't be back. I contacted you through email days ago and no one has responded. Also the person that cut my hair asked me if I was in a cat fight, because I have a birthmark on my face. Extremely rude and embarrassing
When was this? i was never made aware of it or even heard of it. What is your name and when were you in??…..specially an easy fix of a lopsided cut!! We are only humans and im sure we all make mistakes so if you would have said anything i would have fixed it right away!

Was there first thing and was turned away by two individuals waiting on another client. Would not recommend for anyone. Also website is incorrect they do not offer acrylic nail services.
We are happy to do walk-ins if we have the time!! So Next time maybe make an appointment so you be seen right away.
