This location is independently operated by a local couple who have created something much more meaningful than just another gym. It’s a place where fitness feels approachable, encouraging, and genuinely enjoyable. With so many large fitness chains around, it’s refreshing to have a locally owned business that offers such a personalized experience. I highly recommend giving 9Round Highland Village a try! Whether you’re just getting started with fitness or looking for something different, it’s absolutely worth checking out. I love this place! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been a member here since 2019. The trainers are great and always there to encourage you. It’s so easy to get in, do the workout and get out. I never get bored because they change the workout every day. It’s always clean. One of my favorite things is I am never behind, everyone is on their own round doing it at their own pace and difficulty level. I am stronger and have more energy because of 9Round.

My husband had been going for almost a year and I finally caved in and joined him for a free session to check it out. And have loved being a member for 6+ months now! 9rounds is great because you really are going at your own pace even though you are in a friendly group class environment. Paul & Sumer are the owners and coaches.. great people! so friendly, inviting and meets you where you are in your fitness journey. I have a bad knee and so they always help with adjustments on different work outs and I so appreciate that! The facility is always clean and nice and cool during your workout.

Unfortunately, I do not condone the business practices of this particular location. I called and asked to have my membership canceled in December 2023. Since I hadn't used the membership since August, I felt like this was fair. The person I spoke with told me that I would still be charged for December because that was the last month of my 6 month membership, but that I would not be charged for January. So, here I am in April of 2024, looking at my checking account and I realize, they have charged me the last 3 months and also tried to charge me for April. However, I am a college student with very little money so the charge did not go through. I called them to tell me to please stop charging my account and to refund the extra months I was charged since my contract ended in December. Well, not only would they not do that, but they said they would continue to charge my account until the account was brought current. So, here I am with zero dollars, waiting for my paycheck so I can pay for a membership I haven't used since last August 2023 and am unable to cancel because I can't pay for another month I didn't use. Awesome!! No groceries for me this month. Thanks Round9 Highland Village!!! Also adding these pleasant little threats he send after reading the review. I'm taking money out of my savings to pay for this because I refuse to take down an honest review. No one else should feel scammed like this. My membership should have been cancelled in January.

So happy we decided to drop in for a session. The workout was challenge but with the help of the encouraging staff I was able to complete all 9rounds! The mix between a personal trainer and working out in a group setting is ideal for someone like me who needs extra motivation. Thankful for the patient staff and their knowledge

I second a lot of the other reviews on here. Quick, convenient and gets the job done. Working remote and with a family life there is only so much time I have to 'workout'. They have a heart monitor, which was a plus for anyone that needs to keep an eye on their heart while working out. It is more than the traditional gym. Paul takes care of scheduling which workouts occur everyday. Each day is different, so it keeps things interesting. The only way to really know, is to come and give it a fair try. I can only look forward to what the next months will do for my overall health. Thanks Paul and Round9.

By far one of the best locations I e been to! Always so welcoming and helpful every time I come in for a workout. Highly recommend!
