Customers frequently praise A-1 Exterminators for punctual arrivals, thorough treatments, and clear communication regarding pest issues like termites and rodents. Reviewers note that technicians are knowledgeable and professional, often addressing specific concerns about property safety. However, several low-star reviews highlight significant problems with billing consent, unreturned calls, and missed appointments without prior notification.

Ben is an expert and very thorough!
Thanks Jane! We appreciate the review and we appreciate you!
Ben with A1 is the best. This company is great, second time using them and I will year after year. I use them to spray and protect my conifer trees around my yard so they don’t get aphid/beetle/adelgid infested. That spray works incredibly well. HIGHLY recommend if you have a bunch of spruce/fir trees in your yard that you want to live forever!
Thank you Kyle! We appreciate the repeat business and the shout out on the great results!
