Reviewers highlight friendly, helpful front desk staff and a clean, safe facility with convenient freeway access. Many describe the rental and checkout processes as easy, noting competitive pricing for new customers. However, lower-rated reviews cite significant price increases over time, occasional security concerns regarding break-ins, and isolated incidents of rude interactions or strict enforcement of closing hours.

Susan will be thrilled to hear that she made your experience worthy of 5 stars and such a great review, Judy! Thank you so much for sharing.
I closed my storage acct when i found a bigger place to live. I never had any problems at my storage. However, in 2023 I needed a storage for some extra items and I went to A1 Storage again. I was with Susan who once again helped me with my storage needs. Thank you Susan. Previous review: Storage is only opened until 6 pm on weekdays. However, Susan is the best. She was able to get me a larger unit when I was stuck with more items to try to store. She was very helpful and gave me a great price.
