Signed up with them last fall. Had a periodic mouse issue in the house and ant concerns outside. They sent Tyler, and he nailed it. Found the entry point and sealed it up good the first time. He’s been coming by regularly and taking care of everything. Caught one mouse I believe was already in the house shortly…
Same day service. Seems to have worked within 24 hours...mice control. Liking the absence of scurrying within my lower level ceiling.
Friendly, efficient, technician with great knowledge and excellent work.
A-Action rectified our mouse problem which was bad. However we HAD to sign up for a year which is pretty costly.
My temptation with pest control would be to go with “big” companies like Ter$&@:( and Ork$&, and while my experience with them has been fine, there is always some type of “up charge” sale - your house is always recommended for more, subscription-type services. This local company is fair, fast, efficient, and never…
A-Action is simply the best. They are so thorough with their work!
We have been using A-Action Pest Control since last summer. When we moved into our new home, we had plenty of ants, spiders and some mice. After hiring their service, there has been just about none, inside and out! They are professional and friendly, and I would recommend them to everyone! You won’t be sorry!
They are very professional and good at what they do and we always get the same very courteous and good serviceperson, Alex, who really now knows our house and its needs. We feel like he is really looking out for us and will immediately spot, in his quarterly inspections, if we have a pest issue and if so will…
Called A-Action after an exhausted effort to remove critters from inside the walls. Could never determine what we were dealing with. The representative that answered my call explained their services in great detail. Problem solved after their first visit. Truly grateful!
I’m so happy with A Action Pest Control. I originally called them last summer for a problem with bees living in the ground at our foundation. They came out the very same day and got rid of them in 1 treatment. We also used them for mice control. They are very professional to work with.
Kevin came out next day after speaking with representative. On time, was very professional! Explained fully the course of treatment and what he was doing during this first visit. What to expect etc... When the next visit would happen and what would be done at that time. VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL!
I have been using a action post control since August 2022, a great job every time! Especially the spring and summer months keeps all the icky's away!! Highly recommend and not expensive!!
Most pleasant service people I’ve ever dealt with. Always a pleasure.
I am using the services for about a year. I am very happy with the exceptional customer service provided by Bridget. She goes above and beyond to schedule the services at your convenience and provides great communication with all necessary details to her customers. Also our exterminators were both are very friendly…
A-Action Pest Control is the best. After several poor experiences with some other larger companies, we gave A-Action a shot and they've been great. Everyone we have interacted with has been courteous and professional, technicians show up when they say they will, they've always been willing to come back if needed…
A-Action continues to do a great job for all our pest control needs and at a fair price. Our technician, Austyn, was on time, very thorough and professional explaining throughout the process. We have referred A-Action to others who have also been very pleased with their services.
Always great service and no more pests.
A-Action has been a great service for years now and worth every penny! Very happy with every contact we’ve had.
Alex was absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Since my first call inquiring about pest control for mice, it was a pleasure working with the A Action team. Alex came earlier than expected and was very polite, courteous and professional! Alex has been with the company at least 5 years, very knowledgeable about pest and the products that would be able to treat them at the same time our safety was his priority and truly appreciate his guidance. Thanks!
We’ve been using this company for a year now and are very pleased with the technicians and services we have chosen! Very friendly and take great care of their customers.
We have been using this company for at least 5 years now, always professional, easy to schedule appointments with, and I love the fact that the same technician services my home each time. It says a lot about a company when they don’t have a high turn over, will continue to use them . Highly recommend
Stan was so great! Explained everything very thoroughly and was super nice.
In these unfortunate times when pride of workmanship and attention to detail are the exception rather than the rule, my experience with A-Action was fantastic! The phone rep with whom I initially dealt was personable and informative. Field techs, Pete and Phil, were friendly and professional, explaining in detail…
We have been using A Action for more than 6 years. They have kept insects and rodents away from our wood home. They saved our house!

Called Bridget to set up the appointment she was super friendly and had a tech out within an hour. Rob was awesome! Came in found out where the mice were coming in, sealed things up, set the bait, and explained everything really well.

Rick was very thorough and covered every base in the house! I love this company. Haven’t seen one spider or any other bug since we started the service. Thank you very much
Austin, our tech, was great! He thoroughly inspected our home with the problem in mind and began treatment. I feel confident we are on our way to a pest-free environment.
We have used A Action for a number of years and have always been impressed. All of their technicians have been great but Phil really goes the extra mile. He is friendly and really interested in making sure any questions or concerns are addressed. The office staff is also professional, responsive and organized.…
Staff is professional and personable. We had a carpenter ant issue after a scheduled service and they came out immediately to rectify, and not only looked at affected area, but also went over property to be sure all ant issues were addressed. Mouse issues nearly non existent since we started with the service.…
A-Action Pest Control has the best technicians. We had Rich today - he was polite, professional and thorough. A+ Customer Service!
This was the initial visit. Stan was very thorough and he explained everything.
We signed up with A-Action about 6 months ago and could not be happier. Very profesional and reasonable. Our problem was mice in the house. Their tech found numerous holes under the siding left by the builder and filled all with steel wool and caulking. No mice for six months until last week. Called A-Action and…
