First time using this Appraisal service and Kate was awesome. She was very responsive and communicative for booking the appointment. She also called me to go over comps to make sure we were on the same page. Will definitely be using her again for my next deals.

I Highly Recommend Andrew and Kat. I have been a finance broker for over 25-years. I can say with ease Andrew, Kat, and their team are the best! Andrew and his team communicate at the highest level. They do exactly what they promise with scheduling and turn times. The level of skill in writing extremely well supported reports is equally as high. Furthermore, Andrew and Kat went out of their way for me personally to assist in providing comparable sales for two properties my wife and I made offers on... The best description I can say is they extend "World Class" Customer Service! Dave Kassler

As a Realtor, I only work with professional people and companies. Kat worked with me on a high value residential property.
