I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and any frustration it may have caused. I am out of the country on vacation and had my business partner answering my phone while I was away. Unfortunately, they did not have access to the estimate information, which led to a breakdown in communication.
I completely understand your frustration, and I take responsibility for making sure my customers receive clear and timely communication. I’m truly sorry that this situation gave you a negative impression of me or my business.

George and his team have installed two sets of gutters and repaired damaged soffit at my home. They are efficient, affordable, and get the job done well! The gutter installs have made a huge difference in both the appearance of my home and the drainage away from my foundation. Couldn't recommend A&J more!

AJ Seamless Gutters in conjunction with V.A.N Seamless gutters did an amazing job on the installation of a flawless gutter system for our home. George (AJ) and Vlad (V.A N) teamed up on the complete renovation our gutter system. Knowledgeable in their business, they are focused solely on gutter systems, and the remediation / removal of water run off away from the home. Both are extremely personable, and very detailed in the explanation of the various solutions available.
In their explanation of all the options, they never once oversold a solution beyond what was required. In fact, there were options which they offered, but went onto explain that such items were not needed for our installation. After our discussion and agreement for what was needed, they immediately delivered a detailed quote which was the actual final delivery cost for a job so well done!
These guys know their business, they are prompt, honest, trustworthy. Old, rusting, leaking gutters were replaced with seamless (leaf protected) gutters that beautifully matched the trim color of our home! A much unexpected bonus! But most importantly, they didn’t just replace what was there. They took great care to ensure that the downspouts EFFECTIVELY took the water away from the home. It’s obvious that both George and Vlad take great pride in their work; their equipment, like themselves, are neat and clean. After all the construction work was complete, the premises were left impeccably clean. They’re focused, they perform their work at the highest level. Through my many years of working with multiple contractors, these guys are among the best! Strongly recommended!

The service provided by George was remarkable., he is very knowledgeable in his trade and was able to expertly answer all my questions to where I could understand. There were some minor changes to be made from the original estimate, which he was able to easily pivot and accomplish. Very professional, personable, and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for gutters

George did our gutters on our new home which was getting water in the basement every time it rained hard. He was great from day one- came out quickly to do the estimate, talked me through everything he saw and how to address it, and came out within a few days to complete the work. He matched the gutters perfectly, was able to trim the roof back so water wouldn’t shoot over the gutter (another gutter guy said he couldn’t do that but would come back when it was done), and got the work done same day. Since then we had a terrible storm that had very heavy rains— we did not get water in the basement! George was great— very thankful to him for the wonderful job he did!
