Awesome awesome.job with the #farronstrong golf tournament signs.

I haven’t made a purchase yet, as we’re still working through all the details on my end, but I still felt the need to leave a review because Angelena’s customer service has already been absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, she has been knowledgeable, polite, patient, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. A lot of times when you are in the early stages of figuring something out, it can feel rushed, confusing, or like the person on the other end is just trying to push you into a sale. That has not been the case at all with Angelena. She has taken the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and help walk me through the process without making me feel pressured or like I was bothering her. Her customer service has honestly been nothing short of mind-blowing so far. She knows what she is talking about, communicates well, and still manages to make the experience feel friendly and easygoing. She is professional, but also funny and personable, which makes a big difference when you are trying to make a decision and work through the details. Even though I have not completed a purchase yet, the experience so far has made a very strong impression. Angelena represents the company extremely well, and if the rest of the process is anything like the service she has provided up to this point, I feel confident I am in good hands. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Angelena deserves recognition for the way she handles people. Knowledgeable, polite, funny, patient, and extremely helpful — exactly the kind of person you want to deal with when making a decision.
