They found what was wrong with my vehicle quickly and were upfront about the cost before working on it.
After having a bad experience with a different shop, A&T took great care of my car for me. They provided me quick, honest, and great service. Once I need more work done on my car, I will be coming back.
Jeff and his employees always take care of our vehicles. We trust their workmanship and fairness. They always work to get repairs done quickly.
A&T Auto Care has performed several repairs of my aging car, successfully keeping it out of the junkyard for years. They have been communicative, patient with my inexperience, flexible with availability, up-front and honest about anticipated costs if you can tell them what needs looking at. My Kia of Theseus shall return.
Jeff and his crew always do a great job. They got me right in and found a small repair that was needed, when I was expecting something much worse. Jeff and Mark are both very honest and truly care about the customer. I am grateful to have such a great shop to work on all of my vehicles. I have gone to them…
Great place, fixed my car up great and was very understanding and helpful despite my hectic schedule. Trusted my car in their hands and it paid off.

I was able to call and get in on short notice. These guys did a great job and provided a great write up so you know exactly what they did and if there are recommendations. I will be coming back here.
Quick, thorough service. Honest and kind! I will continue to take my family’s vehicles to A & T!
Once again, i am very satisfied with the automotive care i recently received at A&T Automotive Care. The staff is always very friendly and they communicated well regarding vehicle checkin, vehicle inspection and completion. Checkin and checkout process was easy as always.

I was very happy with the service I received!! Thank you very much! As a woman alone its nice to have a place like yours where I can get my car worked on.
A&T auto care is a great place to do business. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help save you money on unnecessary repairs. I’ve found my favorite repair shop, hands down.
Moved from Maryland to Chico and left behind my brother-in-law who was a reliable auto mechanic. My Grandson recommended A&T as they had serviced the vehicles where he worked. GREAT ADVICE! Reliable, affordable, courteous. Couldn't be more satisfied. Is 5 Stars enough?
A&T Auto is my go to auto shop. The owner is honest and caring. The staff is super friendly and kind. It’s like seeing a trusted family member to get auto advice from.
Although I had to contract with a fleet vehicle service, I have used them in past for personal vehicles. They are always professional, reliable, and customer oriented.
AS ALWAYS - Honest about what the car needs. Clear communication. Fair pricing. Work is very good and efficient.
The service is excellent. The staff is very helpful, very knowledgeable and extremely nice. I would highly recommend A & T Auto Service.
Friendly, fast service at A&T Auto. I was able to get my care in quickly for a repair. As a first time customer they did a complimentary inspection of the vehicle. No upselling, no hassle. Mark at the front desk made the whole process smooth and easy, very courteous and professional. I will be back for my future service needs. Thanks A&T!
I appreciate the clear information about the work needed and cost.
Second time taking my truck to A&T auto repair. The first time it was supposed to be for a fuel pump that the dealer said was the issue but Marco and his team identified the real problem. They also noticed I had a bad wheel bearing and replaced it. This time I went in for an oil change and was out of there in less than an hour.
Replaced my fuel pump slightly under typical market cost, and did a few small minor repairs free of charge. Also did a full vehicle inspection and gave detailed notes on what services need to happen.
Friendly professional and very helpful. Appreciate the team. Best around.
Great, honest customer service! My car runs great....... Thank you Jeff!
Very good first visit/repair. Toyota Camry, needed new alternator and serpentine belt - and did not charge extra for belt labor. Free diagnostic for the alternator. Mark at front desk was very pleasant and helpful with everything. Good work at reasonable and fair price levels. Very accurate price quote given before…

Great service overall. Quick repairs, fair price. The owner was a pleasure to work with.
I just stopped by unexpectedly to make an appointment because my brakes were making noise. Jeff was able to get my car in right then, and by the end of the day my brakes were fixed, a leaky power steering hose had been found and replaced as well as burned out light bulbs and my car was ready for pickup. The bill…

He fully explained what my car needed, the benefits of having them done and possible damage / poor performance if not done. He was patient and helped prioritize the list. Then got the jobs done very efficiently. I felt respected and appreciated. Update: Completed the "needs to be done" list and my car is running great Thank you
Jeff kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle and what he could do to put me back on the road.
A&T Auto care has been my primary and preferred auto care specialist for over 30 years. While I do most of my own work on my vehicles, I have always been confident in the that I will receive honest diagnostic and service; getting everything I need and nothing that I don't.
