The first thing is that I had not expected same day service! Ali was very punctual, and knew what to do to keep my dryer running for years more. The drum had stopped turning, and the repair kit contained the basic parts that generally wear out. He was comfortable with my watching, and sharing information I could learn from. When the drum didn't sound right on reassembly, he went back in and corrected the problem. Highest marks for Ali!

I thought this was a reputable and professional company. The reviews are great, so I called them to repair my oven. When the repair guy (Dimitri) showed up to my home for the initial assessment, he was rude. He has a thick accent, so I barely understood what he was saying. He wasn’t answering my questions or anything. When he told me how much the repair was going to be, I asked him if my oven was worth repairing. He just stood there looking at me stupid, in my kitchen and kept saying “I don’t know, it’s expensive”. He just kept saying $500 is expensive. How do you know $500 is expensive to me? Sounds discriminatory to me. So I told him to go ahead and order the part, and I paid a deposit. It took two weeks for the part to come in, and I had to call the business twice to confirm if the part was in. They didn’t have the decency to call me. Very unprofessional. On the day the part was installed, the same repair guy (Dimitri) did not even call me before he showed up on my front door step. He just showed up and rang my doorbell. He didn’t greet me when I let him in. He just walked in my house and didn’t say anything. He didn’t tell me how long the repair would take. He just start working. What kind of b.s. is that? He was rude as heck, and had a bad attitude. He smelled horrible, too. Like he needs to go wash up. Clearly, all of the good reviews are LIES. Horrible customer service. I am a paying customer, and I’m not putting up with disrespect. Especially in my home. I will be reporting this company to whomever I can, and I advise people to stay clear of this business. You need to get rid of Dimitri before you don’t have a business.
