I was given a quote of $55 for rug cleaning. I even messaged at around 8:30 AM to confirm, and when I asked for an estimated time of arrival, I wasn’t given one. I called to follow up, and my call was ignored. When he finally answered, he said he was behind but would be there by 12 PM.
When he arrived, he suddenly added an extra $25 charge for “pet urine,” something that was never mentioned or asked about during the original call. This should have been disclosed upfront.
Overall, very unprofessional experience. Poor communication, hidden fees, and bad service. Do NOT hire.

Rudy and his team did a fantastic job making our carpet look beautiful! They took extra care to remove soap residue left by previous cleaners. They were prompt and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

These guys are top notch and did a very thorough job. I recently had them clean my carpets, shower doors and tile floors and ALL 3 came out beautifully.

Rudy came and cleaned our tile and did an exceptional job! My tile looks brand new. They also cleaned our windows a few weeks ago and we are so happy with both services. Will definitely have them back!

I requested for him to come over and seal my new home that was just built within the Granville home community and he did come.
He came on time, inspected the entire house thoroughly, gave me the most sincere and thorough feedback I’ve ever heard from any business.
It was as if Mark considered me a part of his family after we met for the first time, and he did not take any shortcuts to help explain every nook and cranny on how I can maintain the floors, bathrooms, and tiles on my own without having to spend a small fortune...
I know he cares sincerely for his customers as he made it all the way down to physically inspect everything, left the fairest estimate should I seal the entire house, provided his advice, honesty, and left after providing a piece of his skilled expertise and experience in order for me to maintain my own home thoroughly and successfully for years to come.
Mark is extremely skillful, honest, sincere, and literally the best they come!
For reference-he even services the burger franchise chain Five Guys within the area, and you can probably guess how greasy things get with them!
As the phrase goes...Bring food for one they will eat one day. Teach them how to fish and they will be able to sustain for the rest of their lives. Mark has taught me how to fish and his expertise and experience will be utilized from now on to keep my own home clean for years and years to come.

The owner Mark and his team members (Mary, Chris, and Rudy) have done a tremendously great job.
They were on timely, very dedicated. They transformed our indoor and outdoor rugs, upholstery, outdoor pillows, and much more. They made our furniture, rugs etc like NEW. I took a lot of picture and videos during cleaning and at the end. The pictures & videos showed the immense difference.
We HIGHLY recommend A Clean Slate company for your needs. You will be HAPPY that you did.

I believe the photo speaks for itself. The windows in our 70+ year old home had major hard water stains / calcium deposits on them. My husband and I were very pleased with the results and their professionalism. We were considering replacing the multiple window glasses until a friend recommended them. We were glad we called.
