I've been a customer for 3 years. A+ Derr installed my air conditioner and furnace. Very happy with the installation. I've always had positive interactions with the company.

Scheduled them and they came without the right tools the 1st day so then they rescheduled to the following day. 2nd day was canceled..... 3rd day and they come out and snakes the line and cant fix it. Still asked for $100...... Called Dauenhauer Plumbing Heating Air & Electric and they came the same day and fixed it within 3 hours from calling. Said if the problem comes back within a month they'll come back and fix it for free.

I was very happy with Jordyn. He was very friendly and helpful and did a good job. I would recommend A + Derr for any of your Air conditioning and Heating problems you are having. We have had hours for a couple of years and they have done a good job a good job of taking care of it. So thank you

Shaun, the technician was professional, knowledgeable and did a thorough analysis of my HVAC system by cleaning component parts, checking wires, the thermostat and replacing the air filter. He was very efficient and was on time completing the job in under an hour. He also answered my questions about what he would be doing today so I knew ahead of time before he started the process. Great customer service by Shaun!

Lafonzo has to be the best technician at A+Derr. He's a great person and really cares about the customer and their equipment. Always very polite and explains how your equipment is running. Anytime I have a question he has the answer.
