Perry was so thorough and helpful during my first home inspection! He took his time to go through all the details and answered any question I had. He was very honest and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Perry was very knowledgeable. My wife and I appreciated how thorough he was during our inspection. We recommend him.
Perry did an inspection for my first home. He was very professional and knew how to speak to me to help me and my wife understand the inspection better. He offered to go over the inspection in person and my wife and I agreed to go over once he completed his inspection. I was very pleased with how complete the inspection was and it helped me gain tools in negotiations going forward. I recommend A-integrity Inspections for everyone! 5 stars all the way!
Perry was very thorough in his inspection and very knowledgeable about his craft. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
Appeared to be very thorough and precise. Photos of all major and minor discrepancies.
Perry is amazing. He found things I wouldn’t have thought of, is extremely knowledgeable, and he’s kind above all of it. He accommodated my crazy life, as he does for all his clients, since we are all moving!
A-Integrity Inspections caught many items that no one else did (new construction house). Appreciate the meticulous assessment of the house, and honest discussions surrounding the items that were reported on. Not to mention, the network they can extend, which I’ve already taken advantage of a few times. Having this inspection and inspector on my side was a welcome relief during the home buying process. I’ll def have them out for my 11-mo warranty inspection too.
Perry provided a very thorough inspection. He took the time to sit with us and walk through the entire report. He was clear, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommend.
Perry was extremely thorough, and fantastic to work with. As a first time homebuyer, you can see he has a passion to educate and make you feel confident in your decision making process.
Perry was very thorough and explained all of my questions after the inspection. Recommend contacts to use for other needed repairs.
