I highly recommend Katie! She is kind, compassionate, and really takes the time to listen to what you need. I have chronic back pain and some physical limitations, and Katie is always very patient and accommodating, making sure I’m comfortable throughout my massage.
She focuses on the areas that are bothering me and she helped tremendously with my back pain. I’m always leaving feeling better. Katie truly cares about her clients, and I am so grateful I found her!
Katie Ochoa is a fantastic massage therapist. I have had many massages over the years and her technique is very effective. She attends seminars and classes to enhance her skills. She has an awesome cupping machine which I had never experienced. Her office is very nice and relaxing. I highly recommend her and wish I had found her sooner!!!! Patti
Katie is absolutely amazing!!! I always feel great after our sessions and she has helped a lot with my neck and hip pain. She is very knowledgeable about the body and has techniques I have never heard or tried before. Book a session with her if you can!

I’ve been seeing Katie for a while now and she is truly incredible. She’s so talented at what she does and somehow always knows exactly where I need the most work. I learned about a Much Kneaded Massage in 2017 after struggling with multiple disc herniations in my cervical and lumbar spine. A friend recommended Katie and the rest is history. I have tried medications, injections, chiropractic, acupuncture, tens, PT, inversion table and other massage therapists....but NOTHING helps relieve my sciatic pain like therapeutic massage at A Much Kneaded Massage. I have been going to Katie ever since and am grateful for the amazing work she does. There have been times when I could barely walk into her office and after a therapeutic massage session, walked out a new man.
Katie fan right here!! I'm assuming anyone who's lucky enough to get her very special treatment is also. She is absolutely amazing from start to finish. It's not possible to have a higher knowledge and skill set that she possesses. She is profession AND kind. Katie leaves no detail behind. She's been able to help with some debilitating chronic pain issues that nobody else was able to help with.
