I used Neeley Home Inspection for our 11-month inspection on a new construction home before the builder’s warranty expired. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. I now feel confident addressing issues with the builder before the warranty ends. Highly recommend!

We loved working with A Neeley Home! They were extremely responsive, personable, prompt, and professional. Should we buy another home in the NoCo area down the road, we will absolutely use them again.

I have hired the Neeley team for 4 separate home inspections, and I don't think I'll ever go to someone else. They are EXTREMELY thorough and take the time to educate you on what's going on with a property. They have great rates, are very genuine and nice people, and truly a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend them enough!

These guy's have got to be undoubtedly the best, most knowledgeable, and objective in the busines. We were in the market to buy a new home. They arrived at inspection on time and even a little early. They identified a gas leak immediately outside of the home and called xcel and had it fixed. They ran drones over the… Read full review

I would 100% recommend them to anyone buying a house. The sellers of this house had a pre inspection and they missed… Read full review

We had Kyle and his brother do our home inspection, sewer scope, and radon test. They were extremely thorough and communicative and broke down their findings clearly and concisely. The whole process was surprisingly easy and seamless, would definitely use them in future inspections, and recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.

I highly recommend this company for any home inspection services! Kyle and Andrew were extremely thorough and transparent throughout the entire inspection. They exceeded my expectations regarding the amount of information they provided in their report, and sent the report in less than 24 hours after the inspection!… Read full review

This is the BEST inspection service out there. We were very impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. Definitely will recommend to families and friends!

We used A Neeley Home Inspection for a home we were buying and I couldn't be more pleased in how professional these two are. They went through the home with a fine tooth comb and gave a detailed report the next day.

Absolutely amazing company and team. Extremely thorough. Will look in every nook and cranny and explains stuff in technical terms as well as explaining why stuff isn't right or is right with a home. Back story I was little nervous about choosing a home inspector due to hearing some horror stories. I shopped around… Read full review

The Neeley brothers are fantastic. This was our first time going through home inspection to buy our first house and Kyle/Drew were EXTREMELY thorough. Before even writing up the report, they did a full walkthrough of the house with us in person, walking us through everything that would be in the report so we fully… Read full review
