In my opinion, I would highly recommend anyone looking for garage door repair work look elsewhere. I had them look at my garage door and 3 workers showed up. 1 of them opened and closed the door, 1 sprayed what looked like WD40 on the wheels. They didn't fix any of the door problems. The garage door is still loud. They were at my place for maybe 15-20 minutes and I received a service bill for $140!!! When calling to inquire about the bill, the owner and or manager was very rude about it and kept interrupting me as I explained how unhappy I was with the service and unjust bill.
I will always go with a different company.
We hired A-One Garage Door to repair two commerical garage doors at our business. They were quick to order parts & had it installed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them & will use them in the future if needed!
I called A-one garage in the morning to have a broken spring replaced they came out of Billings to Columbus and had it done by noon.Also seen the other door needed some adjustments and took care of.I highly recommend them for any garage door issues.Thats the way all businesses should run.Reggie Rothwell

Georgie got me set up with a garage door repair in less than 24 hours of contacting them and I had a great experience. Our repairman was Josh and he did a great, efficient job. My 6-year-old son watched him the whole time and Josh even had him help with opening and closing the door several times when it was time to test the repair at the end. Then Josh turned to my son on his way out and said, "Well, you worked for about 15 minutes and at $20 an hour that's $5," and he handed my son $5 and told him to call them when he had a driver's license if he needed a job. I'm very happy with the repair and the service!
I was having an issue with my new garage door opener and A One was the only firm that would try and get to me as soon as possible and others were a week out for service. They should up as indicated and got me back up an operating at a fair and reasonable price. Thanks. Randy F.
