I moved into a new apartment and I was worried about bugs from previous tenants. I refused to move anything into my place until it was professionally exterminated. Andy came out and was very nice. He was very attentive to my concerns and assured me he would get the job done. I haven’t seen ANYTHING since moving in.…
AP is exactly who you need to call for any pest control issue you may have - there are no words to describe how grateful we are to have found this company. Matt helped us navigate one of the toughest and emotional life situations with a family member that had bed bugs and he did so with the highest degree of…
Matt is fantastic! Our property had serious bed bug and mouse infestations. Matt was patient and worked around our tenants schedule and concerns! The infestation required multiple treatments and it paid off. No signs of either! Matt was the best! He's the tall brother.
A.P. Pest Control is the best! They responded quickly. They provided the service I wanted to feel comfortable in my home after a bed bug situation. Tim is professional, courteous, and goes the extra mile.
They are gone after 3 treatment very satisfied
I wanted to wait at least a full month before writing the review, but in all honesty, I’ve had my review ready from the day of contacting AP initially. This truly is an excellent group of folks, and Tim took great care of my fiancé and I’s condo. He answered any questions I possibly had & was very thorough,…
I use them for my property management business as well as my personal home. By far the most reliable vendor I use and I NEVER have to send them back! Tenants aren’t always the easiest to please and I’ve never had a complaint. Best, most efficient and professional company in town!
This was a great experience from start to finish. Had a bed bug scare and wasn’t quite sure how to handle it as it was a first time for me. The team was incredibly responsive, very helpful, and able to get the job done very quickly. Would highly recommend this company.
Tim had treated for bed bugs at a ministry I'd lived at, and afterwards I never saw one (living) bed bug... He did a great job! His diligence, thoroughness and determination to eradicate these bugs helped me and others sleep better at night knowing we didn't have to worry about them. He and his brother Matt also…
We recently onboarded with AP Pest for our apartment homes which Matt and Tim have been phenomenal! Their team is extremely professional with extensive exterminating experience to do the job right. first time around. One time, I had an emergency pest issue and Matt was able to be onsite within a few hours to address…
Extreamly helpful, nice, funny, and made good conversation
A truly caring company. I was referred to these guys after a previous treatment process failed. They reassured me that my problem would be taken care of, and gave me an amazingly competitive rate. I was so upset about what I was experiencing with my bedbug infestation & they truly took great care in the detail of…
AP Pest Control was a pleasure to work with. HOA had notified us of a required pest inspection and AP handled it within just a few days. Easy to schedule and easy to work with. Thank you so much for your great service. Above and beyond!
Unfortunately we had a pest problem in my home which was very stressful as our family has a one month old baby. Tim was very quick in responding when our family reached out and took our problem seriously unlike my apartment complex which never even responded to our problem. Tim was also very caring by making sure he…
Hello,my name us Edward. I posted a message about a bed bug problem at 2am on a Saturday morning. Tim called me at 8am to respond to my request. I scheduled a visit and inspection for a same day at 4pm. Tim arrived on time. From our meeting at that time I was very impressed with Tim and his professional attitude.…
