Tim and his team were awesome. They were very professional and their guarantee is better than others I contacted. Pricing was great as well.
Matt is fantastic! Our property had serious bed bug and mouse infestations. Matt was patient and worked around our tenants schedule and concerns! The infestation required multiple treatments and it paid off. No signs of either! Matt was the best! He's the tall brother.
Awesome customer service and overall experience! Matt was super friendly and extremely helpful with out pest issues, on time if not early both appointments and the whole process was very thorough and professionally done. thanks Matt!
We’ve had a couple great experiences with Tim. They always respond very quickly! We are so thankful for their services.

I contacted multiple companies but Matt provided great customer service from the initial phone call and throughout the service. He gave me reassurance and…
Tim was amazing, he came 2022 in November. He found all the entry points and set bait boxes and was very professional and knowledgeable. We stopped seeing mice 2-3 days after he came and set the bait boxes. We are very thankful and will definitely call them again next winter so we can prevent and hopefully fix this…
Matt From AP is a top notch professional he took take of a Mice issue in a rental in Denver! The mice issue was out of control in the crawl space of the home and Matt took care of them in less than 2 weeks! This company is real deal pros!
Matt was INCREDIBLY helpful and honest! We have seen definite improvement with our mouse problem since the first visit, and in our follow-up visit Matt went above and beyond (helping with cleanup, etc. as well). He was super conscientious of our toxicity concerns (for wildlife as well as our pet pup) and gave us…
Matt came right on time and immediately got to work on our solution for a mice infestation. He laid down bait and ensured no pets could be harmed, talked us through what to expect, and within two weeks, we went from mice running all over the place to seeing no mice! AP Pest control is quick, efficient and great value!

Great experience! Tim easily diagnosed my pest problem and gave me clear steps to follow to correct. He was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I am considering using them for our commercial properties as well. Thank you!
Matt was awesome. Professional, quick, kind. Excellent business, will use them again, and will recommend them to everyone I can. Easy five star rating.
I got home Friday evening after a few days away and was greeted by a very large rodent running around the house. Couldn’t get a great look at it but bushy-tail and all, I’m thinking a squirrel. I immediately called Orkin but was left on a hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called AP Pest control. They answered…
I use them for my property management business as well as my personal home. By far the most reliable vendor I use and I NEVER have to send them back! Tenants aren’t always the easiest to please and I’ve never had a complaint. Best, most efficient and professional company in town!
A.P. Pest Control is far and away the best service I have experienced in the 40 years I have owned my Denver Home. Their value, service and professionalism are unparalleled and they have my highest recommendation as an outstanding company to do business with. They have earned a customer for life because they are the very best in the business!
These guys truly are the answered prayer to my many requests for peace in my home! Tim was very thorough and efficient in figuring out the problem and creating a solution. He explained his actions, the behaviors of rodents, and setting of the bait. After I thought he had them all strategically placed, he even went…

Tim was very professional. Answered phone immediately, gave me a quick quote over the phone, and showed up timely and on time. 5 start review and will definitely use again!
Had a mouse sighting in the kitchen, called AP the next morning and had a technician arrive by noon. Small business, professional and very easy to work with.
Very happy we did some extra research and called these guys after a big chain company stood me up for an appointment. Matt came out quickly and addressed our issue. We didn't find the "how" we were looking for but it wasn't for his lack of effort. Hopefully we won't have anymore problems but at least I know who to call in the future.
Really happy with the service, very professional and friendly, reasonable prices and guaranteed service. Highly recommend!
AP Pest Control was a pleasure to work with. HOA had notified us of a required pest inspection and AP handled it within just a few days. Easy to schedule and easy to work with. Thank you so much for your great service. Above and beyond!

We used Tim here in Indianapolis for a couple years before he transferred out to Denver to start up his own company, and we absolutely loved him! Very professional and thorough in his work. We were so sad when he left Indiana. If you are searching for pest control services in Denver I 100% recommend using him, you…

We had been using another nationally-known chain pest control company for quarterly extermination services for several years. We were initially interested in hiring Tim and Matt, owners of A.P. Pest Control, because they are a small owner-operated business. I like dealing with owner-operators because they have more…
