Customers consistently praise the punctuality, professionalism, and efficient communication of the installation teams for window and door services. Reviewers highlight competitive pricing, thorough cleanup, and the high quality of the installed products, noting that staff often explain maintenance processes. The owner actively engages with feedback, responding to a large majority of reviews. One low-star rating mentioned specific installation defects, such as seal issues and missing hardware, though the reviewer acknowledged good communication and pricing.

This company is great. Installers were on time, very efficient. Explained the process on how to clean and care for the windows. The windows are very good quality. No more outside noise and they look great.

Thank you very much for your home window replacement review! Allen D. Hambleton
This is the second installation I’ve had of windows in two years from A Pane in the Glass. They work their tails off the entire time they’re here and seem to be enjoying their jobs and one another throughout the very laborious job. The quality of the windows is exceptional, as well. I’d highly recommend this company for their professionalism and attention to detail.
Wow, thank you so much for the great review for the window and door replacements! I know we like to have fun with our job since we all enjoy what we do so much but never forget the main objective , to make sure you (the homeowner) is very happy. Cheers, Allen D. Hambleton
Team was quick and thorough! Would highly recommend and plan on working with them again in the future for any door/window needs. Pricing was also very competitive.
Thank you for the review on your entry door and storm door. We will look forward to hearing from you in the future for windows and maybe another door or 2. Don't forget we do interior doors as well if the need arises. Allen D. Hambleton
Francisco, Keith, and Doug did phenomenal work. I had a large 8x5 foot, window replaced along with a provia door installed. They were right on time, pleasant, worked quickly, protected the floors and house, and cleaned up as well as I would have done. The whole project took them four and half hours. I have zero complaints, and the end result looks and functions factors better than what they replaced. The company worked with me to get a competitive price, which was cheaper than any of the other bids I received even with the much nicer provia door. They allowed me to do some minor prep work and final staining of the interior side of the window to lower the overall project cost, which I was grateful for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Thank you so much for the detailed review and the shout out to my installers, they really are great guys. The Marvin Elevate series window and Provia door look great! If there is anything we can help with in the future just say the word. Thanks again, Allen D. Hambleton
Francisco and Mark were courteous, prompt and did outstanding work on our basement window. Casey did a great job explaining the process and helping us pick out the best window for our needs. Would definitely choose them again.
Thank you for choosing us for your basement window replacement. The vinyl Provia Endure Twin Casement window was a very good choice. The window and install looks great! Thank you for the review! Allen D. Hambleton
